rehabilitation procedure using a newly approved device at UConn Health. The
innovative device, a vagal nerve stimulator, is implanted in the neck and
delivers electrical impulses to help the brain rewire itself during physical
rehabilitation. Neurosurgeon Dr. Christopher Connors, the only doctor in
